Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide online construction estimation and quantity takeoff services, including but not limited to:

  • Quantity Takeoffs (QTO)
  • Cost Estimates
  • Xactimate estimates
  • Excel or PDF-based estimates

All services are prepared remotely based on documents and information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including plans, specifications, scope of work, pricing preferences, and project location.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information supplied by the client.

3. Nature of Estimates

All estimates and takeoffs are professional opinions, not guarantees of final project cost. Actual costs may vary due to market conditions, contractor pricing, site conditions, material availability, labor rates, or changes in scope.

Our services do not replace licensed contractors, engineers, architects, or legal professionals.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to correcting errors or omissions within the original agreed scope.
Changes in scope, updated drawings, or new instructions may require additional fees and time.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and depend on project size, complexity, and document quality. We are not liable for delays caused by missing information or client-side delays.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Completed deliverables will be released after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Use of Deliverables

All estimates and takeoffs are provided for the client’s internal business use only.
They may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for unrelated projects without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, we are not liable for:

  • Construction costs exceeding the estimate
  • Bid losses or profit loss
  • Contractor performance or pricing decisions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

Client documents and information are treated as confidential and used only for providing the requested services, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if documents are insufficient, instructions are unclear, or terms are violated. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms
